My PS CS2 has been locking up on me. I have noticed that it is always right after I have started using my healing brush. I use the healing tool brush for a minute or so on a specific photo. After that, the entire program locks up. I must go to ctrl/alt/delete to close out the program... thereby losing all editing work I did since it didn't let me save it. I have tried several times reinstalling PSCS2 to ni avail. Any help would be greatly apprecited.

first thing to do it try resetting the perfrences per the FAQ.

Thanks Dave. My wife posted the question. I checked out the FAQ as you suggested and deleted the preferences. When she gets back I will have here try out PSCS2, as I know nothing about it. Thanks again.

Which FAQ? I have had the same problem on my machine -- and Adobe second
level support tried to tell me that all that was wrong was that I needed a
new computer. I tried to give them the specific symptoms (I am a 35 year IT
veteran) but they were not interested in listening.
