I am creating a website layout and I will have 4 pages, on each page the
banner will have a different image.

The image is opened in photoshop and then using the marquee tool I create a
pill like shape, cut the image and paste into my layout and then add my
effects as necessary.

Now the problem is that as I am not using the same image for each page I
need to be able to use the exact same selection size on each image but this
is virtually impossible by memory.

Is there a way of saving the size of my first selection and applying the
selection to the other images?

Thanks

ps. when I said selection I mean the marquee selection.

Yes You need to bring all your layouts into one image on different layers,
so in effect your layouts become one single image file. You can then simply
click on any layer and the selection is availabe to that layer.

Thank you for that information, I will try this out and see how I get along.
