Can anyone tell my why I'm getting error messages on this page:

But I don't get them on my local testing server?
I'm at my wit's end here. Even the team at the provider, Equinox, couldn't
figure it out.

You probably have filename and width as array keys but have not used
single quotes. Could easily take all of ten seconds to fix.
Don't think much of the Equinox team...
