I am supposed to call a meeting at certain dates in accordance with a
predefined schedule.
I know how to send a mail from a php script, but is there a way to make this
automatic?
(I can see the risk, but still ...)

I've never had to deal with it - but is that available, or does it have an
equivalent, on a Windows server?
