Hi folks,
I've got a page with a menu on the left-hand-side, and when you hover
the mouse over the links they change colour and a white border is
applied top and bottom.

Now this is all well and good, and works in Internet Explorer and Opera,
and to some extent in Firefox.
The problem is that, in Firefox, the link "view map" doesn't seem to
want to have the bottom border applied on hover, whereas all the others
work fine. I've tried adding in extra links to see what happens, and
I've found that the second link in the list *always* exhibits this
behaviour!
Any ideas what is going on here?

Yes, it's one pixel that doesn't fit in the 0.2em padding :-)
If you either use pixel paddings, or change the size of it in ems, or
just resize the font in the browser, the problem disappears.
