Hi, I need an agreement / contract for the designer who has created a
logo and other designs for us that says that by paying him he transfers
and/or gives us all rights to the desgins (to use on the site and in
other mediums if necessary like tshirts, etc. Any idea where I can find
something like that? Thanks!

FWIW we NEVER sell all rights we only license. Lots of reasons not the
least is our mutual protection.
