I have 15 different sites located in the Site manager in Dreamweaver MX, but
after a while sites disappear and some are even showing double and triple.
Any with same problems

I know many have, but I'm not one of them and can't suggest a solution.
Sorry.
But I can suggest you to safe guard yourself:
Go to the "manage sites" window, select one site at the time, export to
a safe place. If you later lose your definitions completely, all you
need to do is to import them again.
