2. Customers who do not produce proof that item 1 was excersized to the most extent possible will not be eligable for refund.
   
   
3. Customers who do not produce a valid reason for cancellation of hosting within 30 days of signup will not receive a refund.
   
   
4. Customers who submit excessive support requests, for example, two or more separate incidents within 30 days will be denied a refund.
   
   
5. Customers who utilize more than 50% (fifty percent) of their hosting disk space and or bandwidth utilization within the 30 day grace period are not eligable for refund.
   
   
6. Customers who violate the Terms of Service will not receive a refund.
   
   
7. Customers MUST cancel their hosting account within the 30 days to receive the refund.
   
   
8. Add-on Services are not eligable for refund.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation by the same method used to purchase the hosting account.
